  • Updated github build action (CI) to log into azure and dynamically get secrets.
  • Publish now only happens when it hits the merge queue.
  • Set permissions on build action appropriately so it only runs when triggered by authorized user
  • Tests now are run after build
  • Added test_online.py that makes a LLM call to verify end-to-end is working.
  • Added get_keys.py to get keys from keyvault (ported from getKeys using Claude Sonnet 4.5).
  • Added extensions.json & launch.json so you can just sync and run in VSCode without additional setup.
