Terminal keeps crashing without a message/trace (when device is locked) #20404

Description

@msarris

Windows Terminal version

1.24.11321.0

Windows build number

26200.7171

Other Software

No response

Steps to reproduce

I'd say this is going to be pretty hard to reproduce, but it happens like this:

  • I have Terminal open in a WSL session (Ubuntu).
  • I lock my laptop ([Windows] + [L]), laptop stays running and doesn't hibernate or anything.
  • When I get back and unlock Terminal is gone, without any message or error, just seems to have quit silently.

But this only happens sometimes. Sometimes not for a day, then other days multiple times per day (like today).

Expected Behavior

Terminal stays open and running when my device is locked.

Actual Behavior

Terminal is suddenly gone when I get back.

I've never experienced it closing with me actually behind the laptop, only when it's locked. Even after 10 minutes after locking it can suddenly be gone.
