I just tried to start the terminal, and failed; however when i try to start in administrator mode, it run successfully

Interesting. Do you have an admin user that is separate from your main user/?

If you open up "view reliability history" (start menu search), does it show that WindowsTerminal.exe is crashing?

1. No, my main user has admin privileges.
