Steps to reproduce

Settings > Default > Advanced > Bell Notification > unchecked for all options

Run "`a" or printf '\a' depending on whether you use PowerShell or Bash, etc.

Expected Behavior

Bell sound should be disabled, but it isn't.

Actual Behavior

The terminal bell rings. It didn't in the past versions.
