Motivation and Context

Demonstrate the pattern for auth with a console app before integrating with OpenAPI skill

Description

This console app shows the pattern for authenticating with AAD using MSAL credential manager (with local cache) and delegated auth provider pattern, and uses it to read a user profile from the Microsoft Graph.
