Python: The links in the pypi seems to be broken for Semantic Kernel (https://pypi.org/project/semantic-kernel/#description)

1. Open pypi.org
2. Search for the Package "Semantic Kernel"
3. In the landing page all the following links are giving 404 error. Was expecting that these link will navigate to some valid web pages (notebooks)

Thanks for making us aware, @Vinay-Microsoft. The links are getting pulled from the Python README. Those links are relative, so pypi thinks they should resolve to a uri on their end. I will get our REAMDE updated appropriately.
