Selecting an image results in editor scrolling unexpectedly

Describe the bug
When clicking on images to select them, the editor contents scroll unexpectedly. This results in jumpy and confusing behavior as the image is no longer visible in the viewport.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open demo page
2. Insert multiple images
3. Click on an image not completely in the viewport

Expected behavior
The image is selected and scroll position kept (or image is scrolled into view)

Actual behavior
The image is selected but page jumps and image is scrolled out of view

Additional context
In my testing it always scrolls to the bottom but team members have also noticed it jump elsewhere.
