Formatting Issues | Background color not removed when copying and pasting partial content

1. Copy a portion of content from the M365 Copilot response and paste it into editor.
2. Pasted content includes a background color.
3. After deleting all content from the editor, background color remains and cannot be removed unless the editor is reloaded or enter key is pressed.
4. When the editor is empty but still shows the background color, using the Clear Formatting option does not remove the background color either.

Even after clearing all content from the RTE, the background remains and cannot be removed unless the editor is reloaded. Using the clear formatting options doesn't remove the background color either.
