The current ReactApplication doesn't quite work for all possible cases (e.g. protocol activation, it assumes a single RN instance, whereas there should be one instance per window/ApplicationView).

Either we need more logic in ReactApplication, or we should move it out of the MRN dll and into the project template. Step 0 is to validate that it's possible to move to the project template :)
