Draw a circuit for an operation even if some other operation doesn't compile now

To draw a circuit, you need a project that fully compiles. When doing development it's not always the case. Consider allowing circuit rendering for a correctly written operation even if some other parts of the program don't compile.

This would be a TON of work with how things currently work, and I don't think the use-case is compelling enough to pay for it.
