Add Go to definition for operators and __call__ calls

Hello, I saw pylance added support for got to definition support on operator and __call__ object calls #3759 (pylance release 2023.6.20), I think the current python extension doesn't use it, would it be possible to implement it?
It could support it with ctrl/cmd-clic on parenthesis and operators like it is currently supported for variables and attributes.

We don't need to adopt this implementation. When you install pylance extension you should automatically get it.
