Summary

  • Remove CI test bots whose platforms/combinations are already covered when building browsers.
  • Drops tip-of-tree, firefox-beta, channel=chromium, stress, headed, secondary Linux, and macos-26 bots.

These platforms/combinations are already covered when building
browsers, so running them again here is redundant. Removes the
tip-of-tree, firefox-beta, channel=chromium, stress, headed,
secondary Linux, and macos-26 bots.
