To be able to test https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Screen_Wake_Lock_API it should be possible to grant screen-wake-lock

at vueuse we are trying to migrate test to run in the browser. Some vue composables like useWakeLock require setting the wakelock permission.
