Works fine for me with npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector npx @playwright/mcp@latest and the latest version (0.0.26):

This could be related to multiple instances of Playwright MCP running at the same time.

Make sure you pass --isolated if you intend to use MCP server with multiple connections - they can't share persistent profile.
