Pull Request Overview

This PR enhances the clarity of pass type annotations by using Literal to explicitly indicate the boolean outcomes.

  • Updated type annotations for in_place and changes_input properties in both InPlacePass and FunctionalPass
  • Added brief docstrings to describe each property’s behavior
