Please add the reasoning for removing code owners for training front end in the PR description so that anyone looking at the PR in future will know why this change was done. |

Removing the codeowners for python frontend training so we no longer have targeted python frontend code maintainers (specially considering that the entire training team (frontend and backend) is in the same group).
