Make libfuzzer dotnet_dll the only libfuzzer-dotnet template #2874
Description
The libfuzzer dotnet template is a very old and unmaintained proof of concept. It predates SharpFuzz 2.0, the accompanying changes to libfuzzer-dotnet, and the introduction of LibFuzzerDotnetLoader. Remove it, and rename the libfuzzer dotnet_dll template to libfuzzer dotnet.
