[Feature] Do we support AMD platforms other than gfx940 and gfx90a?

Could we know your requirements? We plan to support the latest AMD platform but don't have the plan to support the old architecture, such as MI100, MI250 ...

I 'm using MI50 . On the ROCm RDMA platform(not gfx94/gfx90a), we need to flush a HDP register before sending an RDMA operation. Can MSCCLPP incorporate this?
