added amimations to logo-tiles on clicks

both the prettier script and the pre-commit hooks were failing so I had to commit this with --no-verify 🤠
Now when user clicks anywhere on the page the logo-tiles spin quick 1-by-1 alternating.

I wanted to contribute somehow with js without adding any new elements and the ms-tiles seemed the logical thing to animate. I also liked how the activated tile reloads with the initial loading animation (that was an unintended side-effect). I think it's cool when some aspect of infinite interactivity are included in the design of splash-pages which is what inspired my PR.
