Let us update to newer containerd v1.7.20:

We will be newer than v1.7.19 where a new module
containerd/containerd/apiwas introduced:https://github.com/containerd/containerd/releases/tag/v1.7.19
Note that we need to update opa as well as it uses the newer containerd:
https://github.com/open-policy-agent/opa/releases/tag/v0.67.1
This will help with the situation we are in kubernetes where we are stuck with an older version of cadvisor as we have dependency clash that prevents us updating:
