Description: we need to update the task id to fix this error:

Contribution Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.TaskId.GOOGLE-PLAY-INCREASE-ROLLOUT
is re-using the task ID of another contribution from an earlier version.
To publish the extension, change the task ID.
