It would be nice to have JSON support when using the published releases.

Describe the solution you'd like

Publish GarnetJSON.dll as an artifact in the releases (https://github.com/microsoft/garnet/releases) inside an extensions folder.

The fix to this will be:
For each published GarnetServer (win-x64, linux-x64 etc), there will be an extensions\GarnetJSON.dll.

For example:

1. Build it
2. Publish it
3. Copy .\modules\GarnetJSON\bin\Debug\net8.0\GarnetJSON.dll to .\main\GarnetServer\bin\Debug\net8.0\publish\win-x64\extensions\GarnetJSON.dll
4. Then zip it up for the release binaries
