Goto https://preview.fluentui-blazor.net/Tabs and scroll down to 'Dynamic' header
Then press the select.
🤔 Expected Behavior
The selected tab is drawn cleanly with nothing drawn over it
😯 Current Behavior
The selected tab is drawn over the select menu
