SSR isn't working properly for FluentSwitch and FluentCheckbox

💻 Repro or Code Sample

Open the FluentUI demo here:
https://github.com/MarvinKlein1508/SSR_FluentUI-Blazor

1. Enter any username and password
2. Select either the checkbox or switch or both and try to submit.
3. See error message

🤔 Expected Behavior

No error should be displayed

This used to work in v4. It is required for v5 to work as well in order to support Individual Accounts in the templates.
