Problem with virtualization and scrolling in DataGrid

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Verify that you are using virtualization for the DataGrid.
2. Enable horizontal scrolling and move the scrollbar to its far-right position.
3. Try to scroll vertically and observe that no new data loads or renders.

Sorry, but having issues getting this reproduced. What have you done to gate the page/grid so small. In the demo it is not possible to go that narrow.
Or have you done this locally? If so, please supple version information, rendering mode, etc.

I can reproduce with the "Remote data" example in 4.11.3 and 4.11.4 by opening the dev tools and setting the dimensions to Responsive and resize very small. Just needs a datagrid with horizontal scrolling.

But this is then exactly what is described in that PR: when using virtualization and horizontal scrolling, you need to set the DisplayMode parameter to DataGridDisplayMode.Table.
