[Bug]: FluentRadio selection using keyboard is not applied Component: FluentRadioGroup / FluentRadio #2652

🐛 Bug Report
FluentRadio options are not validated when using keyboard to select an option but the option is checked. The property specified in "@bind-Value=" is not updated.
💻 Repro or Code Sample
You can reproduce the bug in the RadioGroup demo page: RadioGroup
1-Click on a form containing a FluentRadioGroup
2- Use "Tab" key to select a FluentRadioGroup (or "Shift" + "Tab" to move up)
3- Use Arrow keys to select a FluentRadio option.
4-(optionnal) Press "Space" or "Enter"
🤔 Expected Behavior
The FluentRadio options is checked and the change is applied (in the first example of the demo page, the text should change when the a new option is checked). The property specified in "@bind-Value=" is updated.
😯 Current Behavior
The FluentRadio options is checked but the change is not applied. In the demo, the text do not change. The property specified in "@bind-Value=" is not updated.
🔦 Context
Users think they have selected an option but when they validate the form, another value is saved.
