This PR adds a new
propertiesfield to theEntityBatchRequest, which is a dictionary that contains information about extended sessions (for example, whether or not they are enabled, the extended session idle timeout in seconds, and whether or not entity state was attached to the request). It also adds arequiresStatefield to theEntityBatchResponsewhich is used by the worker to let the host know that it needs an entity state but none was attached to the request (maybe the cache entry for that entity expired, for example).
