Steps to reproduce the bug

1.Sign in your account.
2.Enter environment page and sync your environments.
3.Enter some effective or ineffective content to the 'Filter' box.

Expected result

The environment can be filtered based on your input.

Actual result

1.The page is displayed as blank regardless of whether there is content in the ‘filter’ box or not.
2.Sync cannot restore the blank page unless restart the app.
