Fix poetry.lock compatibility with CI environment

The poetry.lock file was generated with Poetry 2.2.1 but CI uses Poetry 1.8.2, causing dependency resolution failures during build.

Changes

• Regenerated poetry.lock with Poetry 1.8.2 using poetry lock --no-update
• Lock file format now matches CI environment expectations while preserving virtualenv 20.36.1 upgrade
