[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Admin sync error flow is not capturing after running the flow #9406

Does this bug already exist in our backlog?
- I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.
Describe the issue
COE kit is installed in our environment . We are trying to set flow for capturing errors on the flow . Following steps been taken -
Step 1 : navigated the app COE Admin Command Center
step 2 : navigate to the sync error flow - It shows successful run on every run
Step 3 : Data is not showing in the logs
Step 4 - Also checked in Dataverse table not able to find last run flow .
Was able to see desktop flow data but nothing flow session table , desktop flow session .

Expected Behavior
Provide all errors of business cloud flow and desktop flow .
My end intend is to set automated proactive email on any error occurrence .
