Clear ImportedDirectory on copy. Exclude csproj bin files.
and enable tests.

dialog:verify had gotten stale so this updates it to be more informative and remove support for $copy. Also enabled tests.
dialog:merge now does intelligent merging of imported assets and supports a --checkOnly flag to run the process but prevent writing. The library returns the proposed changes.
