Describe the bug

Hello, my team is currently in the process of submitting a new MS Teams app to the AppSource marketplace. During the review process our app got flagged because the Input.ChoiceSet dropdown is not working on iOS devices. After some investigating we discovered this seems to be a widespread issue as we were able to reproduce it with the official Github App as well. From what we can tell the choices are being rendered behind the action modal.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure the Github app is installed.
  2. Open MS Teams on iOS.
  3. Click on the overflow menu next to a message.
  4. Select More actions and then select Report issue
  5. Try to select an Organization/Repository

Expected behavior

Users should be able to select items from a list and/or use typeahead to select an item.
