Support markdown change files? #1144
Description
Using markdown for change files similar to changesets would be much more convenient for creating/editing detailed change messages, and probably not all that difficult to implement. The main difference is that for beachball we'd want to support multiple package(s)+message sets in a single file, and optionally allow customizing the dependentChangeType.
