[IntelliJ][ESP] After signed out, the job is still submitted successfully.

Repro Steps:

1. Open IntelliJ IDEA
2. Install the build
3. Use this account (omid@hdicore.com) to sign in to Azure
4. Right click on HDInsight node, and select Link A Cluster
5. For Clucter Name/URL, enter jeasadhib
6. For Authentication Type, select Azure Account
7. Click OK button in Link A Cluster dialog
8. Click on Edit Configurations
9. Select Apache Spark on HDInsight template
10. Fill in Main class name
11. Switch to Remotely Run in Cluster
12. For Spark cluster, select linked cluster: jeasadhib
13. For Storage Type, select Use ADLS Gen2 with azure account to upload
14. Fill in ADLS GEN2 Root path: https://hdicorehns.dfs.core.windows.net/jeasadhib-2019-11-19t01-20-36-377z
15. Click on Apply button, then Click on OK button to close the Config dialog
16. Sign out to Azure
17. Click on SparkJobRun button
18. Check the result

Results: After signed out, the job is still submitted successfully. However, after reopening the configuration and saving and closing without doing anything, the job cannot be successfully submitted.
