[IntelliJ][Spark on Cosmos]Spark on Cosmos node is not showing up after sign in azure account of dogfood environment

Repro steps:

1. sign in with Azure account admin@aad264.ccsctp.net, which is an account from dogfood environment.
2. Select all the subscriptions. Error dialog pops up and Apache Spark on Cosmos node is not showing up.

Checked log in idea.log and find lines below.

Workaround is to select only one subscription after you sign in Azure account admin@aad264.ccsctp.net in dogfood environment.
