This also adds a missing @repository annotation (IntelliJ complains...) to the WeatherRepository

This is wonderful, but as I'm updating everything in #145 I also realise this adds a significant maintenance overhead. |

Hi,
as I suggested in #53, I've added the scripts to run all commands in the chapter. While I was at it, I also corrected a few minor oversights, namely:
all-cities-weather-servicein the repo.
