I'm thinking about doing one or the other issue from this repo as part of the Hacktoberfest.
As per https://hacktoberfest.com/participation/, this repo requires the hacktoberfest tag to participate in Hacktoberfest.

Would it be possible to add this tag to the repo at least up to and including October 31?
