Build JetBrains IDE plugin for agent governance integration.

  • Set up CI/CD build pipeline for plugin
  • VCS integration (commit hooks, policy sync)
  • Database Tools integration for SQL policy checking
  • Test runner integration for governance tests
  • Intention actions and quick fixes for policy violations
