Description
This is likely the least of our worries with ARM exception handling (cf. #352), but it is within our control.
_CallFrameInternal and _CallFrameInternal_VFP lack prologue and epilogue unwinding data and exceptions thrown beyond the other side of the invocation cannot be recovered.
