- Support rotation and scaling in Core Graphics text matrix #1303
- CGDataProvider is, but should not be, an NS/CFData. #1450
- Rendertarget EndDraw() calls are expensive. Should batch these through appropriate points. #1620
- Investigate perf issue with _DWriteGetFrame() #1621
- remove freetype library from winobjc #1455
