CoreAnimationTest application has controls that do nothing

For controls that are setting properties which aren't currently supported, the controls should be disabled. If they APIs are supported, please log separate bugs for each issue.

• CALayer Basic - Geometry Flipped - does nothing
• CAShapeLayer - Hue doesn't do anything by itself... however if you change it and then toggle the close path switch the image updates. And Dashed toggle switch doesn't do anything either. I don't know what Line cap and Line join are supposed to do... the text for these are cropped
• CAScrollLayer - Text is cropped "Horizontal scrolling and Vertical scrolling"
