Selected folder is not maintained when clicking browse on the Save To control to choose a new project location

Describe the bug
When you click on Browse it doesn´t locate you on the configured / displayed location when opening the file explorer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Web Template Studio (Ctrl + Shift + P: Web Template Studio) No matter if Create Web App or Create React Native App
2. Click on button 'Browse'. No matter if on the right-side bar or the main area of Step 1.
3. Check the path displayed on the input for the 'Save To' in the Project Area doesn´t match with the location where you are when the file explorer opens.

Expected behavior
If 'Save To' input states a location, when clicking 'Browse' you should be opened in that location
