WSL2 crashes on waking up from sleep

Repro Steps

Reproduces once in maybe 4 days.
I close the laptop at the end of the working day.
Once opening it back the next day, VSCode can't connect and asks to reload the window, which doesn't help.
On connecting to WSL through Windows Terminal, it returns Catastrophic failure Error code: Wsl/Service/E_UNEXPECTED.
wsl --shutdown is the workaround that helps.

Expected Behavior

WSL never crashes.
This issue is really annoying, seems like there's no sense in developing under Windows - the environment is too unstable.

VSCode can't connect and asks to reload the window, which doesn't help.

Download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

If this is a networking issue, please use .\collect-wsl-logs.ps1 -LogProfile networking instead, following the instructions in Collect WSL logs for networking issues

It's impossible: this script is asking me to reproduce the problem.
But as I said, it happens on waking from sleep, ~ once in 4 times, so I can't "replay" this situation.
