- Add MetadataContract feature to allow for "schematizing" the metadata contract in telemetry.
- Support persisted metadata contract properties.
- Support component/instance-level metadata contract properties.
- Encapsulate the features to get the various metadata information into extension method on the ISystemManagement for consistency with other similar features.
