Extension menus not displayed at the same place as the older extensibility SDK #539
Description
When using CommandPlacement.KnownPlacements.ExtensionsMenu as placement target for a command, the menu items are not at the same place as the other extension menus made with the old extensibility SDK. They should all be on top the menu separator (see attached screenshot).
