Lobe pip install bug

Lobe doesn't install TensorFlow Lite Runtime properly.

Work around until this bug is resolved is to run the line below before installing Lobe

pip3 install https://dl.google.com/coral/python/tflite_runtime-2.1.0.post1-cp37-cp37m-linux_armv7l.whl

The issue is being tracked here: lobe/lobe-python#11
