Summary of the Pull Request
Upgrade MessagePack which is used by StreamJsonRpc, since it was flagged for possible vulnerabilities. Also bring StreamJsonRpc up to the latest.
Tested MouseWithoutBorders communication with Settings to verify it's still functioning.
