PT Run plugins should follow the same naming convention as the Service and System plugins.
See #8974 for reference.
This task affects:
- Visual Studio projects' names
- Binaries' names
- folders' hierarchy
- projects' namespaces
Given this work impacts several projects, we should open individual PRs for each plugin:
- Calculator
- Folder
- Indexer
- Shell
- Uri
- WindowWalker
