SolidWorks Does Not Snap to Zones

Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18362.418
PowerToys version: 0.11.0
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

SolidWorks 2017 (and perhaps other versions) do not response to FancyZone snaps, whether the "Hold Shift" option is enabled or not.

Actual behavior

No matter what, SolidWorks 2017 does not appear to respond to any zones, customized or otherwise.

this may be the same problem that was effecting several other applications as reported in #209 and other issues.
The bug has been fixed and the fix will be available in the upcoming release.
Hopefully it will fix the problem for SolidWorks as well.

A fix that should solve this problem has been merged to master. We will close the issue after a new version of PowerToys will be released.
