Steps to reproduce

1. Set a custom accent color for inactive windows by adding the registry key AccentColorInactive (DWORD) in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM\ with value ff262626.
2. Restart the computer to ensure that the change has taken effect.

This was not a problem prior to 0.87.0

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys Run window is not affected

❌ Actual Behavior

Accent color is visible through the window (even when focused)

I can repro this one. Not sure if it's fixable, but we should investigate. Thank you for opening the issue.
